Epic sunset at Reservoir Lake, Central Park #4 of 4.
It was one of those ominous evenings as the heavy snow storm clouds were clearing that Mother Nature put on a spectacular array of colorful episodes in the sky. The geese were in full form during their annual 3-week layover, in which they align themselves perfectly across the Reservoir Lake in Central Park. After about 30-45 minutes of a rare spectacle in the sky with its many color and cloud variations, the sky began to sizzle at the horizon with hits strong yellows and oranges. The Manhattan skyline was a silhouette against the cloud formations that depict Manhattan as Gotham. This is the last exposure that I made in a series of four, each taken approximately 10-15 minutes apart.
